Silent Poetry No. 5
Tears falling slowly it swallows
The voice behind bars floating and follows
The masked man outside with a halo.
His cell flooded by tears
Crying for attention, devoured by fear.
"I'm speaking, please lend me your ears"
Repeatedly spoken no one can hear.
Locked inside a cold rusty bars
Where words can hurt and scar,
Where voices are torn apart,
Where the tin can is a mimer doing his part.
Listen to the muted screams from afar.
Heed the call of the mimer's broken bars.
"Art work in the photo is not mine. I just love using art as the subject of another piece of art."
The art work is made to support the nationwide anti-drug campaign."
"The piece of art is made by a student from Bat-State U."
